Cadastre and property

Everything about a property, in one place.

Find the property by cadastral number, CF number, electronic ID (IE) or topographic number and see it right on the map — with all its details. Ask the AI assistant in your own words, by text or voice, open the property sheet with one click on the map and download the PDF with the property data or its geometry, in the formats you work with.

Runs in the browser, on a computer or a phone, in Romanian and English.

On the same map

Properties, buildings and neighbours, on the same map

Everything that matters about a property, layered in the same view — so you always see where it is, what stands on it and what surrounds it.

  • Satellite or hybrid

Satellite imagery as the background, with or without streets and names; the cadastral network and UAT boundaries are drawn on top.

  • The cadastral network

The properties in your working area, each with its cadastral number shown once, and the buildings of the open property with their label and area.

  • Neighbours by direction

The property’s neighbours in eight directions, marked right on the map — tap a neighbour to see its details.

The challenge

A CF number. A cadastral number. Many questions.

Information about a property is usually scattered: a CF number in a folder, a sketch in a PDF, a map in another program. For a city hall, a cadastral firm, a surveyor or a farmer, that means time lost on every question. CadSense brings it all into one place, built around the map: you find the property, see it on the map, read its data and download it in the format you need — in the office or in the field.

What CadSense does

From a simple question to the property’s complete sheet.

The AI assistant, the cadastral map and every property’s sheet, in the same app. Click any image to enlarge it.

AI assistant

Ask in your own words — get the property’s sheet

Type or dictate your question, the way you would ask a colleague: “tell me about CF345”. The TerraApps assistant recognises the identifier by itself, finds the property and answers on the spot, in plain language.

The question “vreau să îmi spui despre CF345” (“tell me about CF345”) and the answer: the old and the new CF, the fact that the CF was closed and where the property is now, the identifiers and the land data.

The assistant tells apart the CF number, the cadastral number, the electronic ID (IE), the topographic number and the general cadastral number — even if you don’t say which kind of number you gave. It first answers exactly what you asked (for example the area or the property type), then adds the context: the identifiers, the area from deeds and the measured area, the block and parcel, the land use, the location and the record class. If a CF has been closed, it tells you where the property is now. When it finds several properties, it lists them and asks which one you want details on; you can continue the conversation, and the assistant remembers which property you are talking about. From the answer you get, in one click, to the property on the map, the PDF with its data, a summary of the PDF or the property’s neighbours.

What you can do

  • Ask in natural language, by text or by voice
  • Recognises CF, cadastral, IE, topographic and general cadastral numbers
  • Answers your question first, then gives the full context
  • Tells you when a CF was closed and where the property is now
  • From the answer: view on map, download PDF, read the PDF, neighbours

How it helps: Anyone on the team finds the information about a property without knowing where to look — from the front desk to the field.

Property sheet

Click a property — all its data, right on the map

Tap any property on the map and its sheet opens right there, where you clicked: the cadastral number, the area in hectares and square metres and all the key data, without downloading anything.

The property with cadastral number 70687: 10.00 ha, yards and buildings, built-up area — with the complete sheet, the property data PDF and the “Property report” one click away.

The sheet shows the property type and land use, the measured area, the GIS area and the area from deeds, the block and parcel, the zone (built-up or outside the built-up area), the address and the UAT, plus the applications registered on the property; the selected property is highlighted on the map. From here you open the complete sheet — land, buildings, neighbours —, view the PDF with the property data or generate the “Property report”: a printable report with the property on the orthophoto (its boundary, buildings, coordinates and scale bar) and all the cadastral data. From the complete sheet you export the property in eight formats, with the fields you choose.

What you can do

  • The sheet opens right where you click
  • Measured, GIS and deeds area, in hectares and m²
