# Terra Apps

> Terra Apps is a Romanian GIS software company (legal entity: TERRASENSE S.R.L., founded 2018, Bucharest, Romania). It builds geospatial platforms for local governments, cadastral firms and surveyors, farmers, and road infrastructure managers. - [CadSense](https://terra-apps.com/#cadsense): available now. GIS platform for Romanian cadastre and property data. Users look up a property by cadastral number, land book (carte funciară, CF) number, electronic identifier (IE) or topographic number, see it on a map (satellite or hybrid basemap, land and building layers) and check the owners, buildings, areas and land book encumbrances (sarcini). Also: questions in natural language by text or voice (AI assistant), "Nearby" (properties around the user's GPS location), neighbours by direction (N/E/S/W), search history and downloaded land books, Romanian and English interface. Parcel export in 8 formats: KML, KMZ, GeoJSON (WGS84), DXF (Stereo 70, EPSG:31700), ESRI Shapefile, CSV, PDF property sheet and georeferenced GeoPDF. Works in the browser on desktop and mobile. Accounts are created on request.

- Farmers (fermieri): parcel data for their working area today; dedicated agricultural analysis coming with AgriSense.
